Live Lesson : Wrist Movement Part 2

Here's part 2 of wrist movement practice. Here's a simple drill that you can do to just understand and feel the motion. If you think, oh I don't like drills I just want you to tell me what to do and i'll execute it in my full swing. Sorry beb, it just doesn't work like that.
There's no way a recreational golfer can just execute "the left wrist needs to go into flexion and right wrist in extension" instruction. If you think that's what golf lessons are then no you are wrong or you've been to the wrong place for golf lessons.
Drills are meant for you to feel how you are executing the motion. From there, we will try to put it into the swing. That's what I do with my students. I analyse, explain, drills and them bam. Ofcourse you'll need to put it into your practice when on the range for your practice session.
