Live Lesson : Wrist Movements

I like teaching my students how to move the wrist. Most of my students are usually not aware of how their wrist can move - flexion/extension, ulnar/radial deviation, pronation/supination. It's not exactly their fault but because of how we move in our daily lives that these movements are not in our "movement banks" in the brain. As such, helping them to understand first then letting them try out to further develop this motion is great for them in the long run.

So what's the deal with trying to teach them this movement. So far, when I've taught my students these movements, some other movements applicable in the swing lines up as well - eg pressure and shoulder rotation.

So if you think golf is as easy as I teach you and you absorb the information and produce the motion, i'm sorry. That's not true. Never going to be true especially so with recreational or beginner golfers. With that said, if you think taking my lessons is just about getting quick tips/quick fixes, i'm afraid I am not that coach.
